I had a very pleasant and professional experience. My products arrived from various locations in the USA at the CARGOMAX warehouse, which had been recommended to me. Since it was the Christmas season (2020), I couldn’t delay shipping them. However, not everything arrived on time, and they spent all of November in their storage. I was able to speak with the manager to request an inventory and waive storage fees, which they did. Some products were shipped urgently by air, and others by sea. They are reliable and very empathetic with their clients. They treated me like a top customer, even though I handle only a few shipments.
